AR0230 is an onsemi 1/2.7" rolling-shutter CMOS image sensor aimed at automotive viewing. It resolves 1920x1080 (2.1 MP) on 3 um pixels across a 6.61mm diagonal, runs to 60 fps over a HiSPi or parallel interface, carries NIR response, and ships in color or mono.
