M7 and M8 lenses are tiny optics for embedded vision systems that require a small form factor. These lenses have threads which are 7mm or 8mm in diameter.

When an M12 lens is too large for your board, M8 and M7 threaded lenses deliver machine vision optics in a smaller barrel for wearables, medical scopes, and compact robotics. Stock optics for device development and non-diagnostic imaging; patient-contact, sterilizable, or regulated uses need a custom qualification program. Like M12, these mounts have no fixed flange focal distance, so focus is set by threading depth in the holder. Our holders and adapters let M7 and M8 lenses drop into standard M12 mounts.
