IP67 C-Mount Fisheye Lens 180° FoV for up to 12MP 1.1" sensors

The CIL505 is a 4.9mm C-mount fisheye lens with a 180° field of view through a 14.2mm image circle. It resolves 12MP at 3.45μm pixel pitch, so it matches sensors like the Sony IMX304, IMX253, and other 1.1" formats. The fixed F/2.2 aperture keeps a reasonable balance between light throughput and depth of field, which is what a 180° monitoring lens actually needs.

The IP67 rating is a real advantage here. The sealed all-glass and metal construction handles dust, moisture, and outdoor exposure better than the plastic-element fisheyes that show up in low-cost systems. That matters in outdoor security, agricultural monitoring, and any installation that will not stay clean and dry.

The distortion is -2.3% F-Θ. That projection spreads resolution more evenly across the image than equidistant or equisolid fisheye designs, so object proportions stay more usable near the edge of a 180° view. If you care about edge information instead of just novelty-wide coverage, that difference matters.

The standard C-mount thread, 1"-32 UN with 17.526mm flange distance, fits industrial cameras from Basler, FLIR, Lucid Vision, Allied Vision, and others without adapters or custom holders.
