Automotive 5mm M12 lens for up to 5MP 1/1.8" sensors

The CIL353 is an automotive-grade 5.3mm M12 lens for 1/1.8" sensors resolving 6MP+ at 2.1μm pixel pitch. It gives a 69° field of view at the 6.2mm image height with an 8.8mm image circle, so it fits embedded cameras that need moderate wide coverage without moving into fisheye territory.

The lens uses all-glass optics in a metal barrel and weighs 5g. The M12A mechanical variant is IP6K9K rated with a hydrophobic coating on the first lens surface and an AL6061 cap and barrel. Use it when the camera may see dust, spray, washdown, or road exposure.

The listed part numbers are CIL353-F2.0-M12A660 with a 660nm IRC filter and CIL353-F2.0-M12ANIR without a filter. The F/2.0 aperture is useful when you need more light than an F/2.8 lens but still want enough depth of field for embedded vision work. Distortion is listed as -9%, so dimensional measurement should be calibrated.

Mechanically, the lens uses an M12×0.5 thread.
