The AR0144 from onsemi is a 1/4-inch global-shutter CMOS image sensor on the Hawk platform, aimed at automotive ADAS and machine vision. It delivers 1280x800 (1.0 MP) at 60 fps through 3um pixels on a 4.53mm diagonal, with MIPI CSI-2 or parallel output in color or mono.
