3.6mm M12 Lens with Hydrophobic Coating For Up To 1/2.4" such as AR0233, AR0230, AR0234

The CIL336 is a 3.6mm M12 lens for automotive and outdoor robotics on 1/2.4" sensors like the ON Semiconductor AR0233, AR0230, and AR0234. At F/1.9 it gives you more light for HDR imaging, and the 128° field of view at the 7.6mm image circle covers a wide scene while keeping distortion to -5.5% F-Theta.

The lens is IP6K9K rated and uses a hydrophobic coating on the front element. That rating matters when the camera has to survive high-pressure, high-temperature water jets instead of just light spray. The all-glass construction sits in an aluminum barrel, and the package stays light at 3.7g with a 17.9mm total track length, so it still fits aerial robotics payloads and tight automotive camera modules.

The M12A variant ships with an AL6061 cap and barrel. You can order CIL336-F1.9-M12A650 with the 650nm IR cut filter for visible-light imaging, or CIL336-F1.9-M12ANIR without the filter for near-IR sensor configurations.

The lens is mechanically compatible with the Commonlands CLA021 lens holder with a 7–10mm tall mount, e-con Systems standard S-mount boards, Allied Vision Alvium, FLIR Blackfly S, iDS uEye LE, The Imaging Source M12, and Basler Dart cameras. iDS uEye LE Rev1.2 requires removing the glass window.
