The CIL513 is a 16mm C-mount lens for 1.1" sensors like the IMX304 and IMX253 at 12MP resolution with 3.45μm pixel pitch. The aperture adjusts from F/2.8 to F/16, and the focus range runs from 100mm to infinity. This is the focal length you use when a 12mm lens shows too much of the scene and a 25mm lens crops too hard.

The CIL513 holds distortion below -1% from rectilinear at 500mm working distance across the full 17.6mm image circle. That matters in factory automation and dimensional measurement because straight edges stay straight enough that many systems do not need correction. The optical design uses 12 glass elements in 10 groups, and the full lens weighs 145g. The all-glass construction handles temperature swings better than mixed-material designs, so focus drift is less of a headache on the line. The front takes M35.5x0.5 filters, which is useful when you need polarization, wavelength selection, or simple protection.

The standard C-mount thread fits cameras from FLIR, Basler, Allied Vision, iDS, Lucid Vision, Daheng, and any other manufacturer that follows the 1"-32 TPI C-mount standard. The lens mounts directly, so you do not need adapters. If you need a wider match on the same sensor platform, use the CIL512 at 12mm. If you need a tighter field, move to the CIL514 at 25mm.
