제품 및 기능 정보
Commonlands offers high-performance cost-effective M12 lenses, C-Mount Lenses, and related accessories. Our products are commonly used across surveillance, warehouse robotics, IoT, smart retail, factory automation, and medical industries.
Commonlands was founded to help electrical, mechanical, and SW engineers succeed with new projects. Our team is here to help teams navigate the world of optics. We make it easy and handle the multitude of technical difficulties and supply chain issues that come with optics.
We try to restock out of stock samples within 2-4 weeks. Lead-times for volume (1kpcs-100kpcs) vary by SKU and can be quite long if glass materials are out of stock; please contact us for details. The prices online are not indicative of volume (1kpc+) pricing.
Our supply chain partnerships and our US optical/mechanical engineering expertise enable you to easily/accurately customize the F#, IP seal, filter, and/or mechanical design; NREs, MoQs, and lead-time may apply. Please contact us for more information.
We Provide quality
We inspect 100% of the lenses we ship with optional unit-level binning and traceability.
We have a lot of optical test equipment ranging that allows us to measure EFL, F#, MTF, performance over temperature, etc... Most of our equipment is usually only seen in lens manufacturing facilities in China. Frequently, we are the first English speaking customers for our equipment vendors.
All of our inventory is inspected in a class 1000 cleanroom then stored in a class 10000-equivalent temperature controlled room.
The equipment customizations, inspection capabilities, and business model we've developed allow us to support mid-volume high-mix inspection so that every lens you recieve has great quality, regardless if you order 1k, 10k, or 50kpcs.
